Made from 100% cream MOCK dupion* and lined with 100% white cotton lawn. £60/€60. *The fabric is an excellent quality 100% polyester satin-backed dupion.
The bodice has short puffed sleeves and embroidered cuff, with navy zig zag stitch. There is a mock sailor collar stitched to match the cuffs and horizontal rows of navy stitching fill the “V” shape created by the collar; there’s a centre front 15mm navy ribbon. The full skirt has 3 horizontal tucks across the front, with navy zig zag stitches. The skirt is finished with a simple fabric frill.
The gown measures approximately 55cm from the shoulder to the hem and fastens at the back with 3 pearlescent “shell” buttons. All these gowns are full and so they flare out beautifully.
