DATE: Two half days – 21st Feb and 7th March OR
One Full Day – 7th March
Spend a full (busy!) day or two half days making a tunic top. You’ll need to have a basic understanding about using dressmaking patterns – if you want to start making clothes and have no prior experience please contact me because there’s a simpler “Complete Beginner” project.
This tunic workshop relies on you having the knowledge of cutting out your fabric at home. However, it is a fairly straightforward design which can be made up in a variety of fabrics – it looks very different in different prints and once you have more confidence, you can make small changes to the design quite easily. The white/grey version below shows how you can adapt the design to create a completely different look.
TIMES: 10am – 5pm or 6pm DATE to be arranged.
Tea/coffee and biscuits provided, but you’ll need to bring your own lunch.
SEWING MACHINES: Either bring your own or use one of mine.
MATERIALS: If you decide to book, I’ll explain fully what materials – and which dressmaking pattern – you need to bring.
